Dave grew up in Cherry Hill, NJ, attended Northwood University in Midland, MI and has been married to his High School sweet heart for 32 years! Dave and his wife have three children Allie, Dan, and Lori, who all live in South Jersey. One of them is currently attending Temple University Dave and his wife moved to Williston, VT on October 31, 2013. Dave enjoys spending time with his wife and children. He visits his college age children at MSU and Coastal Carolina in Myrtle Beach as often as possible. Their third child still lives in Southern NJ and they plan to visit her as often as possible. Dave has two brothers (one of whom is Dave's twin!) and a sister. Dave is proud of having a tight-knit family (all living within seven miles of each other); the move to Vermont is the furthest he has ever been from his family.

Mike has been a part of our team since 2009 and currently lives with his wife, Sarah, in Waitsfield. He is also the proud father of two accomplished daughters. Mike enjoys spending his time gardening, grilling and summering in Maine.

Ben has been a part of the Shearer Auto Group since 2010; working with the Audi and Volkswagen brands. He currently is operating as a Sales Manager at Audi, and runs the Pre-Owned Car Department. Ben enjoys playing Hockey, Skiing, Hiking, and spending time with his wife Katie and daughter Amelia.

Anthony has been in the car business for over 3 years now. Before selling cars, he worked for Apple Inc. for a total of 6 years doing business sales. Anthony is from South Florida and graduated from Spring Arbor University. In his free time he enjoys traveling, taking photos, spending time with friends and family, and exploring Church Street in downtown Burlington. His favorite Audi is the A4 all-road.  

Bob joined Shearer Automotive after a successful 20 year career at Wilson Sporting Goods. He lives in Warren, Vermont and spends his free time skiing, mountain biking, and playing tennis.  

Jeff has been with Shearer Automotive since 2001. He has lived in Stowe, Vermont since 1980. He enjoys gardening, pottery, skiing, and tennis. He considers himself a lifelong skiier and tennis player. 

Josh worked in the restaurant industry for 16 years. His passion for helping people find what they are looking for is only outweighed by his love for his wife Katie, their dog, and three cats. During his free time, he enjoys hiking, barbequing, and movies! 

Delivering excellence is the cornerstone of the Sales Experience for Steve Bouchard. Born and raised right here in Burlington, he graduated from Rice Memorial High School, Champlain College and The University of Vermont with degrees in Business and Accounting. During the eighties and nineties, Steve owned and operated a successful eyewear business and was named by the United States Jaycees as a member of "Outstanding Young Men of America" in 1983. In 2000 he began a short-lived career in Software Development but returned to his true calling in sales and retailing in 2004 in the Auto industry. In 2008 economic conditions inspired Steve to seek employment in the import segment with Volkswagen and Audi making him the longest serving member of the Sales teams for both local brand stores. 2013 was the year that everything came together and Steve attained Audi Elite status and competed in, and won, Audi's Premium Performance Walkaround Challenge, a national product knowledge and sales skill competition in South Beach, Miami. In 2014 Steve took a hiatus from Audi to manage our Acura store but returned to his true passion with Audi in June, 2015. He's back, better than ever and ready to serve your needs now!

Steve lives on Lake Champlain in Burlington with his beautiful bride Susan, an ex-New Yorker and their two felines, Cleo and Buddy. He has three grown children residing in Maine, New York and California. In their spare time they like to travel (especially to Florida and two trips to Germany with Audi), enjoy the lake with its myriad of unique sunsets and spend time with friends. Steve's favorite Audi is the S6. Call him anytime for all things Audi!

Antony joined the Shearer Auto group in March 2015. His background in the automotive industry includes 16 years of dealership work, accumulating the knowledge and experience essential to running a service team. Born and raised in England, he moved to Vermont in 2006. Besides his interest in automobiles, Antony is also an avid snowboarder, enjoying many ski resorts of Vermont. 

Chris starting working at Audi in 2005. He was born and raised in Vermont and attended Lyndon State College where he played baseball. 

Bruce began working for Shearer in 2012 as a Parts delivery driver for the Volkswagen dealership. He transferred to Audi South Burlington and worked as a technician until 2015 when he moved into Audi parts. Bruce grew up in Westport, NY and went to Alfred State for Automotive. He has two Audis and a new GTI which he brings to car shows during the summer.  

Lindsey has joined Shearer Auto Group after working 15 years in the customer service industry both in a call center and retail environment. She enjoys singing, dancing, reading and spending time with family.
