Job Summary:
The Automotive Service Advisor will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients who bring their vehicles in for maintenance or repair. The ideal candidate will be friendly, approachable, and able to communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and concerns. The Automotive Service Advisor will work closely with the service team to ensure that all work is completed on time and to the satisfaction of the customer

Job Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide a welcoming atmosphere
- Listen to customer concerns and needs
- Provide accurate estimates for repairs and maintenance
- Communicate with the service team to ensure timely completion of workÂ
- Provide updates to customers on the status of their vehicleÂ
- Ensure customer satisfaction with the work performed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Perform other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalentÂ
- Previous experience in customer service or service industry
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environmentÂ
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance
