Candidates must have a valid Driver's License, with satisfactory driving history. Prior experience working in a parts counter position is preferred. Relevant experience will also be considered. This would be a great opportunity for an import enthusiast or automotive technician looking for a change!

Job Responsibilities:
- Assists all customers (counter, shop, and phone) in     selecting required parts in a friendly and efficient      manner.
- Advise parts manager of out-of-stock parts or shop     supplies. Locates out-of-stock parts from outside      sources, if necessary.
- Notify the service advisor or customer when special ordered parts have been received.
- Check in orders, replenishes stock daily.Â
- Sets up orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick-up.Â
- Follows up on back-ordered parts.
- Keeps all parts department areas clean and uncluttered.
- Assist with annual parts inventory.
- Makes sure all parts handed out are billed on repair orders or invoices.
- Receives payment from parts customers or handles charge account billing properly.
- Ensures that all charge sales are signed by the        customer and all customers receive their copy of the    invoice.
- Issues credit for parts returned, ensuring that the original invoice, or its number, is available so that purchase and pricing can be verified.
- Participates in required training assigned by parts manager.
- Keeps current on new products and product updates.
-  Participates with the parts manager in maintaining a lost sales tracking program.    Â
- Performs other duties as assigned.
