Rich is a graduate of La Salle University in Philadelphia, PA and moved to Vermont to be near his family.

Dave Lewis was the second generation owner-operator of Lewis Motors, until recently selling the company to the locally owned Shearer Automotive Group. Dave is a graduate of Norwich University and lives in Charlotte with his wife Karyn, his two children Sarah and Alex, and his dog Otis.
Dave is now a partner with his friend Bill Shearer, the new owner, and will work as a Consultant and Special Projects Manager.

Mike recently joined the Shearer Auto Group after serving for many years as the very successful sales manager of a central Vermont Toyota dealership. He is well respected among his peers, and we anticipate he will elevate the level of professionalism within our sales staff to an even higher level.
Mike currently lives with his wife in Waitsfield, and they have two daughters in College. During the summer they enjoy boating on Lake Champlain.

Mary Jo started here at Shearer Acura Audi on November 11, 2011!
She grew up in Northshore of Boston, and moved to Vermont when her father purchased the Chrysler dealership in South Burlington in 1981. She graduated from South Burlington HS, Vermont and attended UVM.
She currently lives in Williston with her husband, Jason and her two boys Jackson and Connor. She enjoys skiing, snowshoeing, spending her weekends with her family and friends, visiting Addison, VT where her in-laws have a Dairy Farm, and riding bikes with her family.

Tom started with Shearer Acura Audi Volkswagen late January 2011. He was born and raised in Reading, Massachusetts, and attended school in Mass. He has been living and working in Pennsylvania for the past 17 years and spent the last five years working for Vision Audi Porsche Volkswagen in Leesport, Pa. Tom enjoys fishing, hunting, skiing, and has played baseball for most of his adult life! He also enjoys cooking, gardening, and hiking the Appalachian Trail. He's looking forward to hiking the Long Trail! Tom is the father of two, and a Grand father of two. Tom is also a Real Estate Agent with a license in Penn.

Dean is truly the "Dean of Shearer Audi/VW," having worked here since 1974. He started as a mechanic, but for the last 25 years has served as Parts Manager and also as one of our technology managers. Dean grew up and attended school in Burlington. He has one son, and a new granddaughter. His hobbies include photography, golf, old movies and collecting model cars.

Steve's been with Audi and Volkswagen since November of 2008. Prior to that, he was a car and truck consultant with a local domestic dealer for five years. If you ask him, he'll tell you the best education he ever had in this business was right out on the blacktop with some very experienced car buyers. The result is, he knows how to help customers find the right car with the least amount of hassle.
Before the car business Steve was a project manager with a local software development company, licensed life and health insurance producer, licensed optician and accountant.
Three young adults call him Dad, all living in different states from Maine to California but Steve's remained true to his native Vermont where he was born, raised and educated. Among other things, he loves Lake Champlain, music, animals and an aged glass of Cabernet.
If you're going to catch Steve, you better be quick. He still holds the record in the 100 yard dash at Rice Memorial High School for which he was named Outstanding Athlete of the Year.

I have been with Audi South Burlington since April of 2011. I am a lifelong resident of Vermont. I have been in the automotive industry for over 12 years and have experience with many fine automobiles such as BMW, Mercedes Benz, Land Rover, Porsche and Saab. I have spent most of my career in sales with these manufacturers.
I am married to my wonderful wife Jessica. We live in St. Albans with our two pets, Chief who is a 5 year old black lab mix and Minou, a 10 year old orange and white long hair cat. I attended Rice Memorial High School and graduated in 1998. I grew up in Burlington with my parents and older brother.
In my spare time I love to drive, which is where my passion for cars comes from. I am also a gadget guy! Whether it's the latest iphone, laptop or other device that is shiny and lights up, I like it! That is why Audi is such a great fit for me. They are a blast to drive and they certainly fulfill my fixation on shiny things that light up and go fast. I enjoy grilling (especially for a crowd), and going out to restaurants. I love watching and playing many sports such as baseball, hockey and football. I also have fun going to sporting events such as a UVM hockey game, with my father or to the occasional Boston Red Sox game. I am an avid photographer (albeit amateur), I've even done a little wedding photography for a friend in the past.
I look forward to growing with Audi South Burlington. I welcome and encourage you to stop in a see me anytime.

Duane comes to Audi South Burlington from a local Burlington car dealership as a previous business manager. He has also been a West Coast Sales Representative for North Face, AND he is a Naval Veteran! Duane now lives in Stowe with his wife and two daughters. He enjoys cycling, skiing, and Alpine Mountaineering (he is a former Alpine Guide as well as a former member of the American Mountain Guides Association).

Peter grew up in Shelburne, Vermont and attended CVU. He's been working here for 3 1/2 years and certainly never has a dull moment! Peter is a crew chief on his brother's race car that races at Thunder Road in Barre, VT and other local race tracks throughout New England and Canada. They've been successful and won several races and championships in 2003. Peter enjoys working on race cars and playing video games online.

Kyle started out in the automotive business as a car porter, and in a few years has become one of our most capable and reliable Audi technicians in the company. He attended Bellows Falls Union High School in Bellows Falls Vermont, moved to Burlington in 1980 and has lived there ever since. Chip joined the Shearer Auto group in June 2010. He began his career in cars in 1989 in sales and since has worked in every department at a car dealership.He now gets to combine his enthusiasm of cars with his forte in computers! When I'm not working for Shearer Acura Audi Volkswagen I am busy coaching Hunt Middle School Field Hockey (in the fall), playing field hockey in an adult league (year-round), going to school, and being a full-time mom to my 3 1/2 year old son Noa! 2011 is a HUGE year for me, I'm getting married in May, and am running the Key Bank marathon the weekend after, and the Shelburne half marathon in the fall.
