At Audi South Burlington our Factory Trained, professional staff strive to go above and beyond your traditional service experience by offering you a comfortable waiting lounge with amenities like hot/cold beverages, free Wi-Fi, and cable television. We also have an Audi Service Shuttle to get you where you need to go.

However; in the event that bringing in your Audi for a scheduled service is inconvenient we will...

  • Pick up your Audi at your home or office (within Chittenden County, Vermont) and leave you with a COURTESY Audi South Burlington Service Loaner to use for the duration of your vehicle's service*.

  • Audi South Burlington will contact you when your service is complete and our Audi Service Consultants will discuss and review your service details, as well as take a credit card payment.

  • At the completion of your service we will deliver your Audi back to your home or office for only $129**. ($99** for owners who purchased or leased their Audi from Audi South Burlington)

Eligibility Requirements:

  • You must be 21 years of age or older (for Service Loaner) with a copy of a valid U.S. driver's license on record at Audi South Burlington

  • You must provide a copy of "proof of insurance" on record at Audi South Burlington

  • You must schedule the "Valet Service" in advance.

Valet Schedule:

  • Pickup times are from 8:30am to 2:30pm.
  • Pickup and Delivery days are Monday thru Friday.

Audi South Burlington's factory trained staff will perform the "Valet Service" pickup and delivery. Arrangements can be made for either home or workplace (must be located within Chittenden County, Vermont). Pickup and delivery must be made at the same location. Coupons or other promotional offers cannot be combined with "Valet Service".
